Malvani Fish Curry (serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 250g fish fillets, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Malvani masala
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
- Add Malvani masala and cook for a minute.
- Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add fish pieces and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fish is done.
- Serve hot with rice.

- 2 medium-sized fish steaks
- 2 tbsp Malvani masala
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:
- Mix Malvani masala, rice flour, and salt.
- Coat fish steaks with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
