Kitchen King Masala is a versatile spice blend used in various Indian dishes. It typically contains coriander, cumin, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric, and other spices.

Mixed Vegetable Curry (serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • Add mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice.

Chicken Curry with Kitchen King Masala (serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken, cut into pieces

  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • Add Kitchen King Masala and yogurt. Mix well.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until tender and fully cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

  • Salt to taste
