Thalipeeth Bhajani is a multigrain flour mix used to make Thalipeeth, a popular Maharashtrian flatbread.
Instructions:
- Take 1 cup of Thalipeeth Bhajani mix in a bowl.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, grated ginger, and salt to taste.
- Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water as needed.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each portion on a greased banana leaf or parchment paper into a round disc.
- Heat a tava (griddle) and cook the Thalipeeth on both sides until golden brown, using ghee or oil as needed.
- Serve hot with fresh homemade butter, yogurt, or chutney.
